  Stopped for a quick bite on our way home. Food and service was prompt and kids eat free so four of us ate for $18! The decor was probably original from whoever old the establishment is.
  
  We had the bbq platter that comes with hush puppies and slaw. It was a generous portion and the slaw was super good. The bbq wasn't fancy but it was decent. The kids had a corn dog and chicken nuggets and were happy with that. Certainly worth a stop if you're driving through and don't want a chain restaurant.

  Super fast good bbq I was traveling along 85 and found it on Yelp.  I will be stopping again.

  A barbecue joint should have good Q. I stopped by for a quick sample, getting a barbecue sandwich and an iced tea. On the plus side, the sandwich was piled high with meat, a good value, but I was disappointed in the barbecue itself, which seemed a little dry and didn't have much flavor. I appreciated that you can choose between red and white slaw for your sandwich. I chose white, but it was too sweet for me. The iced tea was average, tasting more of sugar than of tea. Ambiance is fun, with little pig statues outside. I might have hit them on an off day, and perhaps their greasy spoon fare is worth checking out, but I likely won't be back.

  Probably one of my favorite barbecue joints in North Carolina. They do the pulled pork barbecue well and their barbecue sauce is pretty good. I love their hush puppies and their homemade ranch is amazing! Very huge portions for the price!

  Great BBQ for a good price and they have a great menu! Great service and great owners definitely recommend out of the rest of bbq restaurant in the area
